We could still use volunteers!!
We need many volunteers to successfully host fish fries. Here are some of the positions needed and when:
- We are asking all the “regulars” that normally volunteer for this to please come and any new volunteers are also welcome!
- On Wednesday mornings starting Feb. 16th at 10:30 am we need celery cutters. This is a sit-down job. On Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm we are looking for volunteers to help wash potatoes. This is a standing job. Those interested please contact Amelia Saettele at 936-465-3919 or amelia.saettele@gmail.com.
- On Friday mornings, we need volunteers to cut lemons, make and package the coleslaw, condiments and dining room set up (setting up tables and chairs at 8:00 am)
- Friday late afternoons and evenings we need:
- Dining room workers from 3:30–7:30 pm. You can volunteer for either “shift” 3:30 - 5:30 or 5:30-7:30.
- Beer and wine station workers from 3:30-7:30 pm.
You can volunteer for either “shift” 3:30–5:30 or 5:30-7:30. (You must be 21 or over and have completed online alcohol training to do this.)
- Dishwashers from 3:30-5:30 and 5:30-8:00.
