Q: I have difficulty walking, with limited parking, how will we be able to get from our parking space to the event grounds?

A: We will have two six seat golf carts running during all hours that the event is open.  We will also have designated areas where the carts will be making pick up’s, both on the SSM Medical Building Lots and the lots adjacent to Regions Bank.  The carts will also be patrolling the nearby street parking to pick up those parking there.

Q: The weather in September is unpredictable, if we face extreme hot or cold will there be any shelter?

A: We will have tents covering the vast majority of the event grounds.  We will also have climate controlled seating available in the Parish Center (Friday) and the Café (Saturday).  Whatever the forecast winds up being, our committee is committed to making the very best of the weather situation.
