Monsignor Buchheit is not only celebrating his 70th Anniversary this May but he is also the oldest priest of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Monsignor Buchheit was assigned to St. Peter Parish from 1959-1967. He now resides at Mother of Good Counsel Home. They are inviting all the parishioners of St. Peter Parish to join them in showing our gratitude to Msgr. Buchheit for his many years of priestly ministry and spiritual fatherhood.
