Strategic Pastoral Planning Initiative for the Archdiocese of St. Louis

Work is now underway by the members of our Key Parish Leadership Team, to complete our All Things New Parish Feedback Form, based on the data we received from the Disciple Maker Index surveys, and our Parish Workbook.  This will be a four week process, involving weekly meetings.  The report is due by Friday, June 24, 2022.  The  people  of the Catholic Leadership Institute tell us the Parish Feedback Form:

   •  Will facilitate the review and analysis of the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) parishioner surveys,

  •  Will have direct impact on the parish models that are being developed to provide the necessary infrastructure for future evangelization efforts across the Archdiocese of St. Louis. 

We all know what the Disciple Maker Index is because each of us filled out that survey.   The Parish Workbook, given to us by the Archdiocese:

  •  Provides data about the Archdiocese of St. Louis, our local planning area, and our parish.

  •  Provides data that has been gathered over the past twenty years from our parish and other parishes across the Archdiocese.

  •  Will be used as a planning tool to help shape our reflections on the current strengths and opportunities for future growth of ministry and evangelization in the future.

As the work of our Leadership Team progresses, I will provide you a report here in this  column.
