The School Resolution Committee which includes representatives from the Finance Committee, the School Board and the Parish council along with Fr. Bauer and Deacon Larry met for the first time Tuesday evening.  The purpose of the meeting was review the issues and concerns that were posed by parishioners during last week’s Town Hall meeting along with discussing other reasonable options for not closing the school. 

It was reported that members of the school families have already started working on a plan and asked for time to formalize the plan.  It was agreed that a meeting with the Archdiocese was needed to share some of the ideas being considered as to whether they are feasible options.  Fr. Bauer is looking to schedule the meeting sometime this week.

The committee also agreed that we would begin providing our parishioners with responses to the questions that were asked at the Town Hall meeting.  The committee is scheduled to meet again on October 27th.
