This year the National Night of Prayer for Life coincides with the start of the extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy called for by Pope Francis, which begins on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception on 12-08-15 and ends on the Solemnity of Christ the King, 11-20-16."

At St. Peter Church, a 4-hour Eucharistic Adoration will begin after the 7pm Mass celebrating the Feast of the Immaculate Conception on Tuesday 12-08-15. This feast will link with the apparition of Our Lady of Guadalupe to St. Juan Diego on 12-09-1531, and at 11pm to midnight CST the entire nation will be united in prayer - the "Hour of Unity."
